Privacy policy
The website collects only what you write in its two forms: the contact request and the demo access. Here is what happens to it.
Data controller
Bruno Crespo, publisher of the website, reachable at contact@meshvise.com. Full contact details are in the legal notice.
Data collected
The contact form collects your name, your company, your email address, the subject of your request and the message you write. The demo access form collects your name, your company, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. Nothing is collected until you send the form.
As with any website, the host processes each visitor's IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site, in particular to limit repeated submissions of the form.
Purpose and legal basis
This data serves one purpose: answering your request, whether it concerns a licence, a trial, a demonstration or a question. Processing relies on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for a general question, on the legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f)).
The details of the demo access form open the demo for you, then are used to get back to you about Meshvise, by email or by phone. This processing relies on the publisher's legitimate interest in presenting its offer to professionals who show an interest in it (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to it at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@meshvise.com.
The data is neither sold nor transferred. The contact form data is used for no mailing you did not ask for.
Recipients
Your request is read by the publisher only. To deliver it, three providers process it on the publisher's behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the website, Resend, which sends the email, and Google, which provides the mailbox that receives it.
These three companies are established in the United States. Data transfers to them are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Your data is kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted. If your request leads to a contract, the data it needs is kept for the duration of the contract, then for as long as accounting obligations require.
Cookies
The website sets no cookie of its own and uses no audience measurement, advertising or social media tool: no banner asks for your consent. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie, strictly necessary to the service and exempt from consent.
The demonstration, on demo.meshvise.com, sets a single cookie once the demo access form is sent: it keeps your access for thirty days and holds no personal data. Strictly necessary to the service you ask for, it is exempt from consent.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction or portability, by writing to contact@meshvise.com. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, cnil.fr.
